Post a Memory to the Future is a public art installation created by William Lim, the founder of CL3, in 2017. It comprises six covered bamboo pavilions based on the concept of “temporary post office”.
Inspired by a defunct post office near the former Kowloon Station in Tsim Sha Tsui, the installation functions as a place for people to write their “remembrance”. Specially designed postcards are distributed during the exhibition period. the cards are inspired by collective heritage and memories to encourage viewer to share their thoughts and hopes with Hong Kong Museum of Art.
